My Name is Natasha Smith.
I have been teaching Pilates for 19 years now and am BASI PILATES qualified. I also offer pilates for pre and post natal mothers, pilates for kids and also strength and functional fitness training; boxing included.
Pilates is for all ages, fitness levels and abilities as all sessions are designed for the individual needs.
Private Sessions focus on your specific needs where duo’s and groups take all needs and injuries into account and adds a bit of the social aspect into the class.
I work with a lot of runners, cyclists, dancers, people who just want to getting stronger, or need some rehab, and also all age groups ranging from teenagers to 80 years old!
